para sa mga lain ulo (for psych patients)

---myparacetamol---

by duchess paraluman

the chaos of the streets
was put in order in my mind

the complexity of a woman's dialogue
was made plain
by my brain

the answer to your every querry
was gained
through my mental calculations

the theory of infinite uncertainty
was explained
thanks to my intelligence

the art of rocket science
was attained
by my genius

and now
all weight of the world
is bourn by my head

the pain throbs,

i feel my nerves
inflame
blood rushes
fastly through the vessel lane
it beats harder
it beats my thoughts harder too

am i about to crash?

i put my fingers on my temple
stroke my hair by the other hand
(i want to pull my hair off)

i feel this part of me
near its tragic end
it nears explosion

it nears destruction

it nears redemption

it nears You

and now
i need You
to reboot my system
my nervous system
recharge the nuerons
regenerate the nerve tracts
restore the functions
of my overused brain

You cease the confusion,

ease the pain.

let me drink You
and let me slow
down and let go
of such anxiety, vertigo
be normal, thorough-
ly repaired, undo
the damage, ego
restored--no
its gone, too
and what's left is You.

IF YOU'RE LIFE'S A MESS...read this:

Do you know why you are here?
Are you sick of being pushed around and not really feeling the life in your life?
Do you ever wonder why you're stuck here in Talisay or Bacolod, or why your favorite color is green?

Are you even aware of why you were caught by the title?

if you answered a no-yes-no-no-no/yes,

Then dude/girl, you don't know your purpose.

And unconsciously, you want to know it.

And that, I can say, is the greatest tragedy to ever happen to someone. Because without knowing your true reason and direction for your life, then the day you die is the day when you've finally concluded a wasted life.

If you will come to ask any of the FUSION people running around the town why they are there, eating banana cue, or updating their multiply, FaceBook and FS accounts, or playing dOTA, or chillax-ing at Cafe Bobs, or pigging out every gelatto day, or showing some tough love, or why they are simply looking so darn good...then they'll have one simple answer:

to WIN souls and MAKE disciples!

Yes, we do have a PURPOSE.

Now, we are not walking robots or pathetic and depressed losers anymore...we refuse to be lazy, useless and quiet...

We want to EXCEL,

to LEAD,

to start an unprecedented REVOLUTION that will shake the land...

Our purpose, again, is to WIN souls and MAKE disciples.

And we will not be FULFILLED until our purpose is FULFILLED.

And we will fulfill this purpose, TODAY!

We can't brag that we're this or that, because we didnt hold on to such amazingly awesome discoveries just because we're good, and that through our brilliance we serendipitously obtained this vital information. NO! We were actually once like you-- hopeless, dissapointed, foolish and totally uncool.

Now is the time to stop being so messed up, because in the first place you were not meant to be like that.

YOU are royalty.

YOU are destined for greatness.

YOU are a history maker.

YOU are one of us.

Curious? Just check out this link:

And discover a different world where there dwell the coolest people you will ever meet.

And you will never, ever regret meeting.

To the rest of the people,

prepare--

the FUSION Generation is about to take over...

“Love is Waiting” by By Czeka Svetlana Tuvilla

By Czeka Svetlana Tuvilla

“Love is Waiting”

Beyond these days of youth and vigor,

Beyond these moments, mistakes and life’s lessons,

Is you, over there, waiting by my heart’s door.

My love, there you wait in pure adoration—

Of me. And I, to you I give

A vow of faithfulness; never to leave

You, alone…as long as I live.

A thousand mistakes I’d forgive

But that is for tomorrow—

Our future of bliss, neither of perfection nor of sorrow

My first kiss—I’ll save. (for now),

For you, my dear. And let God allow

‘Till our dreams come true

And finally, I’ll be with you

My heart’s beat, and your love too, shall vindicate—

That this destiny fulfilled was worth all the wait.

-------for now,, 144 muna!! then 1728!!hahahaha vision vision vision...

be CAUGHT by the VISION....

      then write it down...

                   keep it plain.

...........................................................................................RUN WITH IT.....

GO!!!           dream the dreams of God

Read this and ponder,,,about our moms!!! a short tribute...

When you came into the world, she held you in her arms.
You thanked her by wailing like a banshee.
When you were 1 year old, she fed you and bathed you.
You thanked her by crying all night long.
When you were 2 years old, she taught you to walk.
You thanked her by running away when she called.
When you were 3 years old, she made all your meals with love.
You thanked her by tossing your plate on the floor.
When you were 4 years old, she gave you some crayons.
You thanked her by coloring the dining room table.
When you were 5 years old, she dressed you for the holidays.
You thanked her by plopping into the nearest pile of mud.
When you were 6 years old, she walked you to school.
You thanked her by screaming, "I'M NOT GOING!"
When you were 7 years old, she bought you a baseball.
You thanked her by throwing it through the
next-door-neighbor's window.
When you were 8 years old, she handed you an ice cream.
You thanked her by dripping it all over your lap.
When you were 9 years old, she paid for piano lessons.
You thanked her by never even bothering to practice.
When you were 10 years old, she drove you all day, from
soccer to gymnastics to one birthday party after another.
You thanked her by jumping out of the car and never looking back.
When you were 11 years old, she took you and your friends to the movies.
You thanked her by asking to sit in a different row.
When you were 12 years old, she warned you not to watch certain TV shows.
You thanked her by waiting until she left the house.

Those teenage years
When you were 13, she suggested a haircut that was becoming.
You thanked her by telling her she had no taste.
When you were 14, she paid for a month away at summer camp.
You thanked her by forgetting to write a single letter.
When you were 15, she came home from work, looking for a hug.
You thanked her by having your bedroom door locked.
When you were 16, she taught you how to driver her car.
You thanked her by taking it every chance you could.
When you were 17, she was expecting an important call.
You thanked her by being on the phone all night.
When you were 18, she cried at your high school graduation.
You thanked her by staying out partying until dawn.

Growing old and gray
When you were 19, she paid for your college tuition,
drove you to campus, carried your bags.
You thanked her by saying good-bye outside the dorm so you wouldn't
be embarrassed in front of your friends.
When you were 20, she asked whether you were seeing anyone.
You thanked her by saying, "It's none of your business."
When you were 21, she suggested certain careers for your future.
You thanked her by saying, "I don't want to be like you."
When you were 22, she hugged you at your college graduation.
You thanked her by asking whether she could pay for a trip to Europe.
When you were 23, she gave you furniture for your first apartment.
You thanked her by telling your friends it was ugly.
When you were 24, she met your fiance and asked about your plans for the future.
You thanked her by glaring and growling, "Muuhh-ther, please!"
When you were 25, she helped to pay for your wedding, and she cried and told
you how deeply she loved you.
You thanked her by moving halfway across the country.
When you were 30, she called with some advice on the baby.
You thanked her by telling her, "Things are different now."
When you were 40, she called to remind you of an relative's birthday.
You thanked her by saying you were "really busy right now."
When you were 50, she fell ill and needed you to take care of her.
You thanked her by reading about the burden parents become to their children.

And then, one day, she quietly died. And everything you never did came
crashing down like thunder.

"Rock me baby, rock me all night long."
"The hand who rocks the cradle...may rock the world".
Let us take a moment of the time just to pay tribute/show appreciation to
the person called MOM though some may not say it openly to their mother.
There's no substitute for her. Cherished every single moment.
Though at times she may not be the best of friends, may not agree to our
thoughts, she is still your mother!!!
She will be there for you...to listen to your woes, your braggings, your
frustations, etc.
Ask yourself.....have you put aside enough time for her, to listen to her
"blues" of working in the kitchen, her tiredness???
Be tactful, loving and still show her due respect though you may have a
different view from hers.
Once gone, only fond memories of the past and also regrets will be left.

U WOULD YOUR LIFE, FOR WITHOUT THEM, LIFE IS MEANINGLESS*

GREEN is the new BLACK...Happy Earth Day!!

APril 22 -- EARTH DAY ...

finally, a special day for this wonderful planet... where God had put us...

i've noticed that everyone's going green now...i've read that people today are more environment-conscious...it's either a trend, an advertising gimmick or the people being sick of the consequences of their abuses and wastes...

if you'd notice companies...most are like "environment frendly" or are "going green"...  many have launched campaigns and promos for earth day like it's just valentine's day...but im not rily sure if these are genuine concerns for nature or just to draw consumers..(of course it should involve the latter cause they keep the company alive)....because the same people who say they're helping the environment belong to the "number one enemy of the environment" : theECONOMY...it's like the predator ecosystem bullying the prey which is nature...

earlier we went to a free film showing of the 11th hour...it was at rob, cinema6...where dragonballs was supposed to be shown...unfortunately, that movie's a flop...but what's even more unfortunate is that many didnt understand that we were there because today's earth day...even i didnt know, if i didnt ask...hmmmmm....

anyways...this is really a lousy blog...im so stressed up i cant think straight and my thoughts are messy,,,,

all i want to say is happy earth day...and let's not just consider going green and organic as a fad we hav to follow...but as a part of our committment for a better, livable future...

accdg to the 11th hour, 50 years from now, we will be at nature's crititcal point of breakdown...if you belong in my generation, we would probably be 50-70 yrs old by that time....if the world will be worst as it is today, we are doomed...we're too old already and will be greatly affected by the radical changes and destructive elements...

so use those canvas bags, eat organic food...use organic products...stop smoking...save electricity, conserve water,,,stop throwing trash outside the jeepney...simple yet practical, and definitely effective...let's not wait for adults to do it..they're too busy destroying our future...okay that was harsh and a poor generalization...anyways my point is, though we are young, we can make a difference...let's show the adults that we refuse to add to the destruction that has been cast upon our future...

be good stewards of what GOd has beautifully created and entrusted to us...and be good examples...

peace out!!

...I Dreamed a Dream...

"""love this performance...sent by GOd,....she's 47 from an unknown village in Britain...never been married or kissed...jobless and lives with her cat...
but she had a dream back when she was 12...and she's living it now...no matter how people and circumstance had made the road to success very difficult and discouraging,,,,"""

"""she's very blessed and a great blessing!! definitely an inspiration...""""

'""""check her out too...at youtube...29million views na...going 30 million..."""""

here are the lyrics

There was a time when men were kind,
And their voices were soft,
And their words inviting.
There was a time when love was blind,
And the world was a song,
And the song was exciting.
There was a time when it all went wrong...

I dreamed a dream in time gone by,
When hope was high and life, worth living.
I dreamed that love would never die,
I dreamed that God would be forgiving.
Then I was young and unafraid,
And dreams were made and used and wasted.
There was no ransom to be paid,
No song unsung, no wine, untasted.

But the tigers come at night,
With their voices soft as thunder,
As they tear your hope apart,
And they turn your dream to shame.

He slept a summer by my side,
He filled my days with endless wonder...
He took my childhood in his stride,
But he was gone when autumn came!

And still I dream he'll come to me,
That we will live the years together,
But there are dreams that cannot be,
And there are storms we cannot weather!

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living,
So different now from what it seemed...
Now life has killed the dream I dreamed...
